Shipping Policies of Chain Guide

How do we calculate the shipping cost?

Chain Guide offers flexible shipping rates depending on your location and weight and dimensions of the items you've chosen. Note that it is always beneficial to purchase a larger sum of products to reduce the shipping fees.

Where do we currently ship?

We only ship within Canada for the moment.

How does it work when a customer wants to return an item?

If the items you have purchased does not meet your needs. You may return it within 1 week after the reception of the product* by emailing team@chainguide.ca with the following informations :

Full name, invoice number, date of purchase and clear photos of the product showing that it is in perfect condition.

*Take note that products purchased on clearance are not refundable or returnable.

The original shipping costs will not be refunded and the return label must be paid by the customer. Chain Guide reserves the right to refuse any return if any of these criteria are not met.

Chain Guide is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

How can a customer track his/her order?

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and informations on the carrier. To check the status of the shipment, please visit the carrier website and enter the tracking number.
